UB Alumni Team To Face Off Against Sabres Alumni

Amherst, NY - The University at Buffalo Alumni hockey team will face off against the Buffalo Sabres Alumni team in a charity game that will also benefit the University at Buffalo Hockey Program.

The game will take place on Friday, February 4th at 8pm at the Amherst Pepsi Center. $2,500 will be donated to a local charity on behalf of UB Hockey and the Sabres Alumni. Any extra money raised will benefit the University at Buffalo Hockey Program. This year's alumni team has already been selected.

After the game, the Sabres alumni will join the UB Alumni at the Bennigan's on Maple Road in Amherst. The restaurant will be closed to the public, however those supporting UB Hockey will be able to come in and mingle with their favorite Sabre players from the past. Their will be a small cover at the door, all of which will be donated to the UB Hockey Program. Happy hour specials will run all night long.
