UB WINS HOME OPENER 6-3

UB won there home opener last night with solid goaltending and strong defensive play by all.

Goaltender Richard Latona was solid in goal with 26 saves in his first Collegiate outing with the Bulls.

Buffalo capitalized on four power play opportunities and added two additional full strength goals to defeat Lehigh Univ. 6 -3

Veteran Patrick Beyer scored once as did new comer John Fitzgerald

Scoring two goals apiece were veteran Kevin Fischer and new comer Matt Ganci.

Veteran defenseman contributed to scoring with Joe Ristagno getting two assists and Pete Vandermeer chipping in with one.

Buffalo is at home again tonight to host IUP in what promises to be another great game.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early as Saturday night games tend to sell out early
